Our Organic Mushroom Extracts in this blend are obtained by extraction of the mushroom’s fruiting bodies, which are proved to be much richer in active ingredients and more abundant in beta-glucans than mushrooms extracted from mycelium.

Organic Cacao Powder, Organic Coconut Sugar, Organic Wild Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) Mushroom, Organic Shiitake (Lentinula edodes*) Mushroom and Organic Auricularia (wood ear) (Auricularia auricula*) Mushroom. (*extracts from organic mushroom fruiting bodies).
Naturally free from gluten and wheat.

DIRECTIONS:
Add 1 heaped teaspoon (5g) to either hot water, your favourite warmed milk or a smoothie of your choice.
